Junior Data Analyst

The Junior Data Analyst must be able to work equally well in both technical and non-technical environments and effectively communicate technical information in a common, non-technical manner. This individual must work well in a fast paced, demanding environment; the ability to efficiently organize and prioritize projects and assignments to meet deadlines is essential to success. A background with healthcare IT is preferred but not required for this position.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Use internal SQL-based systems to import, process, and clean client-supplied data files in various formats
  • Work closely with client-facing team – requires good oral and written communication
  • Requires excellent QA skills to closely review post processed data to ensure data accuracy and integrity

REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
  • Associates minimum / Bachelor’s preferred

Human Resource Manager

This role spans both human resource and office management functions. While the human resource requirements are the most important, the majority of day-to-day tasks will likely revolve around office management & adminitration.

Human Resource Responsiblities
  • Assists with and monitors the performance evaluation program for all employees of the company
  • Coordinates with finance department to administer compensation and benefits changes through payroll
  • Develops / implements / administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
  • Performs benefits administration and communicates benefits information to employees
  • Conducts recruitment efforts and new employee orientations
  • Assists with employee training and development efforts
  • Handles employee relations counseling as needed
  • Recommends new policies & procedures on an ongoing basis as needed
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Office management Reponsibilities
  • Facilities management (coordination of repairs / maintenance with property management)
  • Maintains company assets register
  • General office services, such as assisting with meeting planning/coordination, purchasing general office supplies, scheduling rotating artwork with Arts KC
  • Coordination of general activities (weekly lunches, annual family outing, holiday party, etc.)
  • Other related duties as required or assigned

Devops Engineer

Primary Responsibilities
  • Setup and maintain all Linux and cloud based server infrastructure for the development team
  • Help ensure that applications meet service level agreements for performance and availability
  • Setup and maintain monitoring infrastructure that provides proactive notifications when issues arise and facilitates quick diagnosis of problems
  • Write automated scripts for server provisioning and configuration

REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least 1 year using AWS related technologies
  • Automated server provisioning in cloud environment

  • Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration
  • VPN, DNS, load balancing, firewalls
